Tapered Roof Firrings
Angled to suit your desired fall on a pitched roof.
Example Gradient = 1:80.
Divide 1 by 80 to give 0.0125.
Multiply by fall length (e.g. 4.8m), giving the Fall.
0.0125 x 4.8m = 60mm.
Firrings taper 60mm down to 0mm over 4.8m.
Manufactured Door Liners Primed Softwood or MDF, Hardwood
We can supply door liner sets with pre-trenched heads to house the legs, stops to suit, and can groove for (and supply) intumescent strips. We can even supply fire rated sets to suit FD30 or FD60 requirements.

We can machine white primed MDF windowboards to your required depth, rebated to the rear or square backed, with bullnosed returned ends ready to plaster up to.

Sheet Material Cut to Size Digital accuracy with a state-of-the-art panel saw
With a state of the art Altendorf Panel Saw, we re-size all sheet materials, ripping MDF to strips for wall panelling, pattressing plywood for SFS (Steel Frame Structure) builds and much more.
Resizing existing timbers to suit a specific required size, or machining angled timber such as arris rail or even a bespoke sized feather edge. We will often re-saw timber to rough dimension ready to feed through our 4-side Planer.
We've spent years supplying timbers pre-coated with industry recognised 30 minute and 60 minute solutions, in clear and white, offering assurances for projects where strict Fire Regulations apply.
Fresh Sawn European Oak cut to order on the continent
Posts, beams and other QP1 grade oak sections available from stock or bespoke machined sizes to order cut and supplied in France. Porch kits pre-machined with CNC'd mortise and tenon joints made to order.
